2011 Specialty Shows
Our 2011
Specialty Shows will be held Saturday & Sunday, September 10 &
11 as designated classes with the Kenosha Kennel Club's all breed shows
at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds in Wilmot, Wisconsin.
This is a nice cozy little
fairgrounds just north of the Wisconsin/Illinois state line, an hour
& and a half from downtown Chicago. Chow breed judging will
be indoors, groups usually outdoors.
There'll be a grooming building for those who like to work inside and
there's ample grassy parking for those who don't.
Judges will be announced after AKC approval.

Jones Dog Shows.
Puppy classes divided, Open classes
divided: Black, Red, AOC, Smooth
Amateur Owner-Handler class offered.
We'll be hosting a light luncheon on
Saturday for Chow exhibitors after the breed judging. See us at
ringside for details.
How to get to Wilmot:
from the Chicago area: Take
I-94 north to Hwy 173 going west. Past Antioch, turn right
(north) on County W (Fox River Road). Proceed through Wilmot to
the fairgrounds.
from Milwaukee: Take I-94 or
Hwy 45 south. Turn right on Hwy 50 west. Turn left on
County W. Proceed on W to the fairgrounds.
from Madison: Take I-90 east
toward Janesville. Continue past Janesville toward Beloit.
Near Beloit, exit to I-43 toward Milwaukee. At Elkhorn, exit to
Hwy 12 toward Lake Geneva. At Lake Geneva, exit to Hwy 50 toward
Kenosha. Turn right on County W, proceed on W to the
fairgrounds.
