Where we were going to live during the building became a real concern.  We could
use the existing outdoor kennel for the dogs but it wasn't real comfortable for us.
It was a remarkable stroke of luck that the longtime tenants of the old farmhouse next door moved out in August '98; we were able to assume the lease.  Spanky and Sasha have a little yard out front and the Chins live upstairs.
