We'd heard that Jim's demolition crew was pretty
good and on the day they were supposed to arrive, we expected several burly guys.
Imagine our surprise then when we were greeted by Jim's wife Libby (who can't weigh more
than 110 pounds soaking wet) and their sons Jared, age 13, and Lukas, 7. Armed with a Saws-All and pry bar, Libby (whose
"regular" job is a Mary Kay cosmetics consultant) did some serious ripping and
tearing. Libby did most of the demolition work with occasional assistance from Jim's
sister Cindy and a couple of the guys.
